現場位置為窩打老道西洋菜南街交界，當時客戶以右一線停燈位，準備駛出亞皆老街。當客戶西洋菜南街燈位轉綠燈後駛出接近亞皆老街時，喺右手方位於亞皆老街左一線有一輛的士駛至路口，繼而與片主車輛發生碰撞。
在客戶片段所見，清楚見到西洋菜南街燈位轉綠燈後客戶先再開車駛出路口，並未有衝紅燈嘅嫌疑。相反亦在片段中所見，當時亞皆老街斑馬線已經有行人開始橫過馬路，所以的士衝紅燈後駛至西洋菜南街口而發生碰撞，嫌疑相對比較大。
經過雙方司機到警署錄取口供、交出車Cam片段作為證據，事隔超過半年之後。客戶收到警察調查結果為，檢控的士司機「在限制區內上客或落客」。並沒有就的士駕駛態度方面控告「不小心駕駛」或者「危險駕駛」。
因為大多數交通意外會有一責任方，而責任方就由警察調查而得出結果，在今次事件上並未有任何一個責任方，所以就要由索償方，向對方的士保險公司提出證明，舉證出的士在今次交通意外為主因，而相關舉證程序需要委託專業處理交通意外律師去做，而言，一般嘅市民或者駕駛者根本冇足夠證據或者舉證技巧，向對方保險公司申請民事索償。
客戶最後透過本行向保險公司據理力爭之下，在沒有任何駕駛疏忽行為定罪情況下，仍然獲得的士保險公司接納作出合理賠償。
